Reservation Conditions and Agreement
VILLA ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION SERVICE AGREEMENT PARTIES AND PURPOSE
This agreement is made between the person making the reservation for the "VILLA/SUmmer House" (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and ISRA TRADING AGENCY LTD (hereinafter referred to as the "VILLARENTER"), who facilitates the accommodation for the "VILLA/SUmmer House", for the purpose of renting the "VILLA/SUmmer House" for a specific period of time, the start and end dates of which are predetermined by the parties. By booking any of our villas/summer houses listed on the www.israagency.com website, via our website, by phone, or by email, the tenant and their accompanying persons are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. In the event of any violation of the terms and conditions below, the VILLACI reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the rental, require the tenant to vacate the villa/summer house, withhold the deposit, and demand the full amount of any outstanding rental fees.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
You can make pre-bookings for our villas/summer houses marketed by us using the reservation form on our website, by phone, or by email. The VILLACI will process your rental by specifying your desired dates and collecting your necessary transportation and billing information. The VILLACI will charge 35% of the total rental fee as a deposit. If the deposit is paid within one (1) business day of the rental, the villa/summer house will be reserved in your name. The deposit amount you need to pay and our bank account numbers will be notified to you by e-mail, SMS or phone. After the payment is received, the VILLACI reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within one (1) business day. The deposit can be paid within one (1) business day by money order, EFT, or by credit card through the website. A written confirmation of the rental of the villa/summer house will be sent to you within one business day at the latest after the deposit is received. The total rental fee, the deposit received, the dates on which the villa was rented in your name, and the day and time of the deposit you paid are notified. If the deposit is not paid within one business day, the VILLACI reserves the right to cancel the pre-booking without informing the tenant and to make another reservation for the villa/summer house. The remaining payment of the villa/summer house will be collected in cash after the contract is signed, the villa/summer house is inspected and the villa/summer house is handed over. Again, since the rental house is delivered furnished to the tenant, if any items are broken, A €500/€2000 damage deposit is required for any damage, loss, damage, etc., and this deposit is collected in cash upon delivery of the villa/summer house. The damage deposit will be refunded to the tenant upon check-out, provided all items are complete after the inventory is inspected. To prevent any inconveniences arising from the above, it is strongly recommended that you have these amounts ready in cash on the day of arrival at the villa/summer house.
VILLA/SUmmer House Check-in and Check-out Times
The check-in time for the villa/summer house on the reservation day is 2:00 PM at the earliest and 11:00 AM at the latest. The tenant cannot enter the villa/summer house outside of the specified hours. If the tenant arrives after the specified check-in time, they may enter the villa/summer house the following morning at the start of the villa/summer house's working hours (11:00 AM). If the tenant arrives before or after the specified time, problems arising from the failure to enter the villa/summer house will be borne by the tenant. The VILLACI cannot be held responsible for problems such as accommodation, inability to find accommodation, etc. The tenant must find their own place to spend the night and pay the accommodation fee. The VILLACI cannot be held responsible for such situations. At the end of the reservation, departure time from the villa/summer house is 11:00 in the morning at the latest for all our regions. The customer is personally responsible for all problems, damages, grievances, etc. arising from the tenant's failure to vacate the villa/summer house by 11:00 in the morning or their late evacuation, and the VILLACI is liable to cover any material damages that may arise from these negativities. We strongly remind you that travel plans are made according to these hours to prevent inconvenience to both parties. In case of early check-out, the VILLACI must be notified 24 hours in advance. If the tenant checks out of the villa/summer house before the villa/summer house can be inspected due to busy conditions, the damage deposit will be transferred to a bank account specified by the tenant. In the event that the tenant leaves the villa/summer house early at their own request, no money will be paid to the tenant for the accommodation fee. No refunds will be made.
